Abstract: | The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for the formation of competitive advantages of agroindustrial enterprises based on the methods of factor analysis. The article highlights the theoretical principles of formation of competitive advantages in agro-industrial enterprises. The article forms the methodological approaches to managing the competitiveness of agroindustrial enterprises. The organizational and economic measures on increase of competitive advantages of the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are substantiated. The results of the study allow making more substantiated conclusions about the competitiveness state of economic entities as well as facilitating the adoption of managerial decisions on improving certain areas of activity of the agro-industrial enterprise. |
