ЩОДО ПИТАННЯ ПРО ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ ЗА ДОГОВОРОМ ПРО НАДАННЯ ГОТЕЛЬНИХ ПОСЛУГ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблемних питань відповідальності за договором про надання готельних послуг. На основі аналізу нормативно-правових актів встановлюється чи існуючі норми про відповідальність у формі відшкодування збитків гарантують належний захист прав споживачів готельних послуг. Автор приходить до висновку про доцільність закріплення відповідальності за невиконання чи неналежне виконання договору про надання готельних послуг у формі залікової неустойки. The article is dedicated to the investigation of the issues of responsibility for the contract on providing hotel services. Based on the analysis of legal acts it is establishing is the existing rules of liability in the form of a damage repayment guarantee the adequate protection of the consumers’ rights in the hotel services. The author has come to the conclusion that the viability of putting theresponsibility for the failure or improper fulfilment of the contract on the provision of the hotel services in the form of scoring a penalty.
