СОЦІАЛЬНА СПРАВЕДЛИВІСТЬ ТРАНЗИТИВНИХ СУСПІЛЬСТВ: мОЖЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ

Abstract

У статті показано, що збереження терміна «соціальна справедливість» у політиці і практиці транзитивних суспільств відображає не тільки рівень їхнього економічного розвитку, а й нерозривний зв’язок із патріархальними цінностями та/або тоталітарною спадщиною. Відсутність правил, які забезпечать рівні можливості для реалізації творчого потенціалу кожної особистості, позбавляє людину самоцінності, що й призводить до завищеної оцінки ролі та значення зовнішніх щодо неї сил – Бога, політичної еліти, уряду тощо – в процесі її життєдіяльності. У межах такого світогляду обґрунтовується онтологічна природа моралі, що й призводить до вкрай різкого протиставлення своїх і чужих, яке породжує критику ліберальних цінностей. Виявлено, що нині немає підстав уважати, що ліберальні цінності не зможуть стати органічною частиною моралі транзитивних суспільств у ви-падку, якщо будуть забезпечені права людини та встановлені загальні правила соціальної взаємодії. / The article proves that preserving the term “social justice” in politics and practice of transitive societies reflects their economic level as well as their inseparable connection with patriarchal values and/or totalitarian heritage. The absence of the rules meant to provide equal possibilities for the realization of every personality’s creative potential deprives people of their self-worth, and results in overestimating the role and meaning of external forces – the God, political elite, government, etc. in their lives. Within the framework of such an outlook the ontological nature of moral is grounded, leading to sharp opposition of domestic and foreign that gives birth to the liberal values criticism. It has been found out that at present there is no proof that liberal values won’t be able to become an inseparable part of transitive societies’ moral, provided that the human rights and the general rules of social interrelation would be established.
