Розроблення та реалізація соціальних проектів в Україні

Abstract

The article investigates the theoretical aspects of the development and implementation the social projects in Ukraine. The authors define the essence of social projects and social design. There are also types of social projects according to different criteria, in particular the object and the nature of the changes; activity direction; the financing scale and peculiarities; the term and territory of real- ization. The uniqueness, temporal character, inconsistency, multi-vectority of social object devel- opment, the factors multiplicity as specific features of social projects are characterized. Identified problem is several stages. It is noted that social projects can be developed in education, health care, in the field of social protection and provision, as well as in improving the well-being and security the different segments of the population. The paper also describes the problem analysis methods in the social projects development, such as the target tree construction, Ishikawa diagram, SWOT analysis, WBS, method 6 hats. The components of management in social designing, among them planning, development, realization and evaluation are singled out. The development stages and im- plementation the social projects are described. The key aspects of social planning are considered. The importance of compliance with development strategies, as well as documentary confirmation the project budget expenditures, was emphasized. The funding sources for social projects are de- scribed, in particular, grant financing, sponsorship and patronage, public funding, and crowdfunding or community funding. It is noted that an important stage in the project completion is the monitoring and results evaluation, as well as the report presentation on the implementation of the social project and its presentation, its main characteristics are determined. As a result, it is noted that the process of formation and implementation the social projects is rather complicated. Providers of such projects require consultation and support the relevant specialists. The necessity of state support in this pro- cess was emphasized
