Стиль професійного спілкування педагогів державних закладів опіки (психологічний аспект)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of style of professional communication of teachers of boarding-schools. An individual style of pedagogical communication of teachers is represented as a whole formation of communicative, emotional and behavioural components that can be seen from its formal and content part. It was established that teachers from boarding schools by the formal part of professional communication were the most numerous with an authoritarian style, but by the content part – with a democratic style.
