Abstract: | Developed a comprehensive system for generating of electric energy “Thermoelectric generator – solar collector”. The Sb doped PbTe (n-type of conductivity) and triple compound PbSnTe (p-type of conductivity) were synthesized as basic materials for thermocouples. |
