Contractual regulation of using hunting lands

Abstract

The article researches peculiarities of contractual regulation in using hunting land. The author notifies that the reason for emergence of legal relations in using hunting land is a collection of judicial facts, especially contracts. According to this, it regards the confirmed by the Law of Ukraine order of giving hunting land in use. The author characterizes the contract about the terms of hunting economy regulating relations between owners or users of field areas and tenants of hunting land.
