| Abstract: | The article examines the legal nature of the rights and obligations of the parties under a medical insurance contract. The author analyses the rights and obligations of the insurer and the insured under a medical insurance contract. As a result, the author concludes that within the scope of a medical insurance contract, the interest of one party can be satisfied only by satisfying the interest of the other party. |
