Використання цифрових технологій у професійній підготовці майбутніх педагогів у закладах освіти.

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано проблему використання цифрових технологій у професійній підготовці майбутніх педагогів у закладах вищої освіти, адже в умовах модернізації освіти, уведення нових державних освітніх стандартів, оновлення змісту освіти формується соціальне замовлення на професійну підготовку сучасних педагогів, здатних до інноваційної діяльності в умовах інформатизації. Сучасний педагог не може здійснювати освітню діяльність без використання сучасних цифрових технологій, а такі сервіси, як електронна пошта, пошук в Інтернеті, мобільні телефони, відеодзвінки, стають незамінними й універсальними. Зрозуміло, що інформатизація освіти передбачає вдосконалення професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів в умовах інформаційного освітнього середовища закладів вищої освіти. Розкрито сутність поняття «цифрові технології». Описано сутнісні характеристики цифрових технологій. З’ясовано, що цифрові технології сприяють створенню інноваційного цифрового середовища в закладах вищої освіти; інтенсифікують комунікативні зв’язки всіх учасників освітнього процесу, створюючи умови для самореалізації, співпраці, рефлексії; збагачують традиційні методи навчання інноваційними формами; забезпечують інтерактивно-інформаційну взаємодію в процесі навчання. Цифрові технології є інструментом, який активно використовується в освіті й сприяє підвищенню її якості. Виявлено результативність використання цифрових технологій в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти за даними проведеного опитування. Зроблено висновки, що освітній процес із використанням цифрових технологій стає більш гнучким, персоналізованим, доступним. Особливо в умовах дистанційного навчання, зумовленого поширенням коронавірусної інфекції SARS-CoV-2 (збудник COVID-19), посилюється необхідність взаємодії викладача зі студентами як у традиційному форматі, так і з використанням цифрових технологій. The article actualizes the problem of using digital technologies in the professional training of future teachers in higher education institutions. Given the conditions of education modernization, introduction of new state educational standards, updating the content of education it is formed the social order for professional training of the modern teachers capable for innovative activity in the context of education informatization. A modern educator cannot carry out educational activities without the use of modern technologies, and such services as e-mail, Internet search, mobile phones, video calls are becoming indispensable and universal. It is clear that the informatization of education involves improving the training of future teachers in the information educational environment of higher education institutions. The essence of the intension “digital technologies” is revealed and the essential characteristics of digital technologies are described. It has been found that digital technologies contribute to the creation of an innovative digital environment in higher education institutions; intensify communicative relations of all participants of the educational process, creating conditions for self-realization, cooperation, reflection; enrich traditional teaching methods with innovative forms; provide interactive and informational cooperation in the learning process. Digital technology is a tool that is actively used in education and improves its quality. According to undertaken studies it is revealed the effectiveness of digital technologies use in the educational process of higher education institutions. It is concluded that the educational process with the use of digital technologies is becoming more flexible, personalized and accessible. The need for teacher interaction with students both in the traditional format and with the use of digital technologies especially increases in distance learning caused by the spread of corona virus infection SARS-CoV-2 (pathogen COVID-19).
